Founder / builder / endlessly curious

I build
things. A lot.

Hi, I'm Megan. I build software, from AI tools to community platforms. My current focus is startupxOS, a workspace for founders. Here are the products and experiments that led me here.

2012—Building things since
01 / selected work

The things I made.

Independently built prototypes and products, plus my current startup. A mix of shipped apps, experiments and ideas explored in public.

Build times and historical traffic figures are self-reported. Product links may open a public preview or a sign-in screen.

02 / inside the builds

A closer look.

A few decisions behind the interfaces.
Current focus / startupxOS

Keep the reasoning with the work.

Founders make decisions across customer notes, goals, metrics and conversations. I’m building a workspace that keeps those pieces connected.

My role
Cofounder with Matti. I lead product and application development.
A product decision
Keep the underlying company records connected while letting founders change the layout around the work they need to do.
What you can inspect
The public browser preview uses a fictional company. Explore records, navigation and reusable workspace layouts without creating an account.

Early preview with sample data. Browser changes reset on reload; AI and account connections are disabled in this preview.

Open source / PredictKit

Make approval mean something.

A local prototype studio with an inspectable workflow for AI-assisted research and artifact generation.

The implementation
Approvals bind to the exact brief and memo hashes. Changing either requires approval again. Role inputs and output artifacts have explicit ownership and integrity checks.
The trade-off
A constrained local runtime makes the workflow inspectable. Paid generation and public-chain deployment remain unverified.
What you can inspect
Runtime code and hardening tests cover changed approvals, corrupted artifacts, recovery after restart, and path or symlink escapes.

AI-assisted development with Codex and Claude. See the README for setup and current validation limits.

Everything else.

Not every experiment becomes a startup. Each one teaches me something new.

Curiosity is
my favorite
operating system.

I've worked across AI, product, emerging technology and entrepreneurship—from consulting at PwC to building a digital agency and teaching people to create with AI. I like making things myself, learning by shipping, and helping more people become builders.

Today I'm building startupxOS with my cofounder and working on AI education through GEN AI Partners and fluent.

I use AI coding tools as part of my process, alongside product design, testing and iteration.
